As a Security Officer Armed Dispatch Console Analyst in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Dispatch Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related activity, and support site personnel with professionalism and care. In this role, you will help maintain smooth operations through strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a reliable and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

* Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

* Coordinate incident response by prioritizing incoming requests, dispatching the appropriate personnel, and communicating updates to supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts as needed.

* Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift records related to incidents, access activity, equipment status, and other security-related operations.

* Conduct regular and random patrol support activities as directed, which may include monitoring cameras, tracking perimeter activity, and reporting unusual conditions around the business and surrounding location.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

* Possess an armed guard card and/or license.

* Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

* Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, which is preferred.

* Possess CPR certification, which is preferred.

* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
