Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00/hr + Overtime (DOE)
Location: Marietta / Greater Atlanta Area (Field-Based)

Position Overview
Our client is a premier industrial HVAC manufacturer and service provider specializing in mission-critical climate control for manufacturing plants, corporate headquarters, and educational institutions. As we expand our footprint with a new Marietta office
, we are seeking a Senior HVAC-R Technician to lead onsite service operations.
This is a direct-hire, long-term career opportunity for a technician who excels in high-stakes environments where reliability and minimizing downtime are the top priorities. You will manage a sophisticated portfolio of industrial equipment, including large-scale chillers, make-up air units (MAUs), and complex refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Service & Repair: Lead electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs for industrial-size refrigeration and HVAC units.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute and oversee weekly PM schedules to ensure zero-downtime performance for industrial clients.
- Blueprint & Schematic Literacy: Read and interpret complex shop drawings, electrical diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose system failures.
- Client Consultation: Act as the primary onsite point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and filing detailed service reports with both the client and the home office.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage parts procurement and supply chain coordination with the head office to stay ahead of the service schedule.
- Industrial Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC-R systems within an industrial or large-scale commercial context (Chillers, Boilers, MAUs).
- Electrical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of electrician techniques and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to independently interpret complex technical documentation and schematics.
- Self-Management: Proven capability to meet deadlines with high-quality work under minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and client-facing interactions.

Hours:
7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. - Territory: Primary focus on the Greater Atlanta / Marietta area, with occasional service requirements in Gainesville.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for the use of the company vehicle.
