Talent Consultants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and ensure optimal system performance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance and service history
- Provide clients with accurate information and recommendations related to HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing inspections and repairs
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
- Stay current with HVAC technology, trends, and best practices through ongoing training and development
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in HVAC technology or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Certification, NATE Certification) are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
