Lead HVAC Installation Tech

We're hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Tech to join our tight-knit, family-first team.

The Lead Installer rate averages out to $57 - $64 / hour and includes up to $1500 sign-on bonus, dependent on experience.

This role is paid on a performance-based, piece-rate system
. You'll earn a flat rate for each completed installation, with no cap on the number of installations you can complete in a day-your earning potential is directly tied to your productivity and efficiency. While some installations may take a full day, many can be completed in half a day. Some team members choose to finish their day after one install, while others opt to take on a second to increase their daily income.

We will also provide a take-home service van and the latest tech and tools (iPad, iPhone, and Service Titan software) to help you succeed every day.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available. As an Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you'll leave straight from your home in your fully equipped, late-model service van and head to your assigned job site. Using detailed blueprints and technical diagrams, you'll install HVAC systems and components for residential customers. Your tasks will include measuring, cutting, and connecting systems, followed by thorough testing to ensure proper performance.

Throughout the day, you'll communicate with customers to ensure they feel informed and confident, recommending additional services when appropriate.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with clients and recommend services

Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
