DescriptionThe position will perform high level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation and modification of integrated systems and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. This position is responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.
- Minimum of 6 months Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls experience. (Documented in the work history section of the application or Resume)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Be able to pass background check
Be able to be called in after hours if needed
Be able to trouble shoot low and high voltage
Be able to program Allen Bradley and Siemens drives
Be able to build and install control panels
Check for proper operating conditions
Help in other area of maintenance as needed
Help IT department as needed
Physical RequirementsFrequently required to walk, climb, and move in tight spaces; frequently required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, and controls; must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus; work is performed in a plant setting with moderate noise level in the working environment
Skills and KnowledgeExtensive knowledge of all equipment and facility operations

Knowledge of risk management and process safety management programs
Mechanical abilities
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and State guidelines
Ability to read and write in English
Knowledge of program and repair of scales
