Key responsibilities include troubleshooting residential plumbing problems, repairing leaks/clogs, replacing fixtures/parts, documenting work in Service Titan on an iPad, and communicating options clearly so homeowners can make confident decisions.

Required qualifications/skills:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Proficiency with Service Titan on iPad
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems
• Basic computer literacy
