Crew Member

Hourly, Full Time 40‑hour week, typically Monday‑Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flag traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fill anchor holes.
• Clear undergrowth from right‑of‑way using hand tools or saws.
• Drive vehicles or other machinery as required.

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn.
• Be self‑motivated and work productively.
• Possess physical strength, endurance, and be comfortable working with hands.
• Construction site experience is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be insurable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds.
