Tri Bridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Brumby Lofts property. located in Marietta, GA (Near the Marietta Square)

Tri Bridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA, with approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets currently under management. The firm focuses on markets in the Southeast and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25+ year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Requirements:

• Must have multi-family experience
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assume emergency on-call duties
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager

Required education:
High school diploma or equivalent
