- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units.
- Work alongside lead installers to set up complete systems including ductwork, ventilation, thermostats, and controls.
- Follow safe work practices and ensure all installations meet company and code standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain the work being performed and set clear expectations.
- Support the installation of indoor air quality products such as humidifiers, UV lights, and advanced filtration systems.
- Help conduct full-home walk-throughs and safety inspections to verify system performance and site readiness.
- Accurately document work performed and assist with estimates or invoices using company software (Service Titan).
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen technical expertise, efficiency, and customer service skills.
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by management.
- 1+ years experience in HVAC.
- Must be within 30 miles of Marietta, GA.
- EPA Certification (Preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report.
