$20-$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability. BOE and overtime work.

• Lead water mitigation, fire cleanup, and mold remediation jobs
• Determine source and scope of damage
• Perform controlled demolition and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
• Maintain accurate documentation (photos, notes, moisture readings)
• Support team members and ensure job quality

• WRT Certification (required)
• 2+ years in water/fire restoration
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Willingness for on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)

• Background Check:
  May include criminal history and employment verification
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Review:
  Applicants for driving positions must maintain an acceptable driving record and insurable status under the company's policy
• Review of their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ongoing responsibility to maintain a safe driving record
