We are seeking a WRT-certified professional who can confidently lead mitigation projects, make decisions in the field, and deliver quality results. This is a lead role—not just a title. You'll be trusted to run jobs, support your team, and represent Rytech on every site.
Pay& Benefits Package
- $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability

- Lead water mitigation, fire cleanup, and mold remediation jobs
- Determine source and scope of damage
- Perform controlled demolition and structural drying
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Maintain accurate documentation (photos, notes, moisture readings)
- Support team members and ensure job quality
- WRT Certification (required)
- 2+ years in water/fire restoration
- Ability to run jobs independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Willingness for on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
