We are hiring Window Washing Technicians for direct-hire positions. This role is primarily focused on residential window cleaning, with occasional work at heights of up to a third-story or fourth story level. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and earning commission on top of hourly pay.

• Clean residential and occasional commercial windows
• Use ladders, lifts, and window cleaning equipment safely
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers
• travel to multiple job sites
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working at heights (up to second story)
• Ability to safely use ladders and related equipment
• Physically able to perform repetitive and active work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Customer-service mindset

• Previous window washing or exterior cleaning experience
• Experience in residential services or customer-facing roles
