We're looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering results.

• $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire restoration
• Inspect damages and develop mitigation plans
• Handle demolition and job site preparation
• Install and manage drying equipment
• Record daily job progress and updates
• Maintain safety and operational standards

• WRT Certification required
• Experience with mitigation equipment and processes
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Clean driver's license
• Ability to work on-call and in physically demanding environments
