Dryer Vent Wizard of Atlanta is looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term future in the home service industry while working with a nationally recognized brand. We are seeking a technician who can work independently, communicate clearly, use tools confidently, and navigate tablet-based systems.

The right candidate will be able to educate customers on dryer vent safety, efficiency, and code-related recommendations, while also bringing hands-on experience with small repairs such as drywall, roof vents, and minor construction work.

What You'll Do:

• Perform dryer vent cleaning, inspection, repair, and fire prevention services
• Educate customers on safety, efficiency, and recommended solutions
• Use proven systems and follow company directions carefully
• Document work clearly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work style
• Work in residential homes and other service environments
• Assist with minor repair-related tasks when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in duct cleaning, dryer vent service, HVAC support, handyman work, maintenance, or light construction is a strong plus
• Good with customers and professional in people's homes
• Able to follow directions and stay attached to proven systems
• Comfortable using tools and learning technical service work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Neat, organized, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, crawl spaces, and attics
• Good driving record
• Willingness to learn building code expectations and grow in the trade
