Underground Equipment Operator

Coolray Heating&Air is seeking an Underground Equipment Operator to support residential plumbing projects using advanced IT-enabled tools. In this field-based role, you'll operate and maintain underground plumbing equipment, assist with installs and repairs, and document work in digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor underground residential plumbing equipment and related IT-enabled systems safely and efficiently
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of underground plumbing lines for residential customers
• Use digital tools and software to document work orders, service notes, and equipment performance data
• Collaborate with technicians, project leads, and dispatchers to plan daily routes and job priorities
• Follow safety protocols, local codes, and company standards for all underground work
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and system issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, safe, and organized condition
• Communicate clearly with customers on work performed and next steps
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs
