The Concrete Pump Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for safely operating concrete line pump equipment at various job sites, including setup, priming, pumping, and breakdown of hoses and tubing. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment before and after use, monitoring concrete flow and consistency, and communicating with site supervisors and crew members to ensure accurate placement of concrete.

The operator will maintain cleanliness and readiness of the truck and pump, follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations, and complete basic documentation such as job tickets and inspection reports. The role may involve working in varying weather conditions, lifting and moving hoses and materials, and providing basic guidance to crew members or trainees on safe pumping practices.

• Experience operating heavy equipment, preferably concrete pumps or similar construction machinery.
• Knowledge of concrete materials and cement characteristics, including proper handling and placement.
• Skill in handling and assembling tubing, hoses, and related pump components safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of pumping equipment and trucks.
• Experience providing or receiving on-the-job training related to equipment operation and site safety.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Understanding of construction site safety standards and ability to follow company safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift hoses and materials, work on uneven surfaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site crews and supervisors.
• Prior experience in concrete pumping or construction environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
