If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they learn and test our modalities and operations. A strong sales background AND anatomical expertise will set this candidate apart.

Previous experience or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesology, Anatomy, Biology, Physiology are basic requirements. Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Sports Fitness Professionals, or sports medicine are desired.

• Minimum 1 year of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
• College level course work in Health Science, Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology or relevant certification
• Availability for 1 - 2 weeks out of town job training
• Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner and sister studio in East Cobb
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
