Role Overview
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products.
- Coordinate shipment pick-ups by contacting delivery drivers and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Encourage safe work practices among team members.
- Conduct daily cycle counts, follow up on variances, and prepare weekly report updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required, as training is provided.
- Moderate computer skills for report data collection.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to follow supervision.
