Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Compensation$250.00 employee referral bonus – candidate will need to successfully complete a 90‑day evaluation review. Employees may earn an additional $300.00 bonus to do a document pickup once per month (Mon‑Wed) to South Carolina, Savannah, and the Atlanta metro area. This role requires previous experience driving a 16‑20 FT box truck.
Responsibilities- Receive, move, and process incoming stock, materials, and shipments
- Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders
- Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Load and unload trucks, move and stack materials
- Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
- Use common warehouse management software
- Operate forklifts and/or pallet jacks; training provided as needed and forklift inspections performed
- Shrink‑wrap and cover pallets to prevent damage before storage
- Tape boxes securely with security tape to prevent tampering
- Input boxes of dealership files into the tracking system
- Prepare files for transfer to the floor for prep and scan
- Keep the warehouse clean and dispose of garbage properly
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Employee
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) may be required to confirm a good driving record
- Maintaining effective working relationships with employees
- Knowledge of best practices and procedures, including spelling and commercial arithmetic
- Effective communication both orally and in writing

Monday to Friday – full‑time hourly position, 40 hours per week.
Required ExperienceForklift and warehouse or similar environment: at least 1 year.
Workplace Safety & EquipmentDue to the nature of the confidential documents we work with, no cell phones, Bluetooth, or smart watches are allowed at the employee’s workstation. Lockers are provided to store personal items.
