Warehouse Employee
Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Must have a valid driver's license to be considered for a warehouse employee can earn extra income doing a monthly pickup once for documents $250.00 employee referral bonus - candidate will need to successfully complete a 90-day evaluation review A current employee is not able to refer a DSN employee or a DNS client You can earn an extra bonus to do a document pickup once per month (Mon-Wed) to South Carolina, Savannah and the Atlanta metro area.

With this responsibility you receive a $300.00 bonus which covers accommodations and meals. You would need to have previous experience driving a 16-20 FT box truck

Responsibilities:

• Receive, move and process incoming stock, materials and shipments
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders
• Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Load and unload trucks, move and stack materials
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
• Use common warehouse management software
• Operating Forklifts and/or Pallet Jacks. Will provide Complete training for operation of Forklifts and or Pallet Jacks if necessary. Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
• Shrink Wrap and Bag all pallets – All pallets will be Shrink-wrapped and covered with a pallet covers to prevent any potential water damage, prior to being placed in their final storage.
• Tape boxes – All boxes need to be secured with Security Tape to prevent tampering with contents.
• Inventory Management – Inputting boxes of Dealership Files into tracking system.
• Boxing up the files in preparation to be transferred out to the floor for prep and scan.
• Clean Warehouse - Making sure boxes are in their place, floor is clean, and all garbage is picked up and brought out. Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouse area.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Employee
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and the company may run a MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) Which may be needed to validate a good driving record.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – days, full-time hourly position, expected hours per week (40)

Required Experience:

• Forklift and warehouse or similar environment: at least 1 year

Due to the nature of the confidential documents, we work with, no cell phones, blue tooth or smart watches are allowed at the employees' workstation, we do provide lockers to store your personal items.
