Acres & Acres Land Servicing is looking for a Title Abstractor to join our growing team in Poland, Ohio.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, critical thinking, and uncovering information that others may overlook. Every project presents a unique challenge, and every day offers the opportunity to learn something new. No two properties are exactly alike, and neither are the records that tell their story.
What You’ll Do- Research public land records and property ownership information
- Review deeds, leases, easements, probate records, and other legal documents
- Compile and organize title information into clear, accurate reports
- Verify ownership history and identify potential title issues
- Work with title professionals, landmen, and project managers
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Contribute to projects supporting energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, and land development initiatives
- Detail‑oriented
