Job PurposeThe role is responsible for reporting, business analysis and the development of strategies that support profitability initiatives across operations, expenses, and insurance and investment lines. The incumbent will direct, coordinate and maintain reporting to ensure effectiveness and use analytic insights to deliver recommendations.
Job Duties- Develop reports, dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends, track results and support strategies.
- Evaluate existing reporting and recommend automation, efficiencies and better delivery channels.
- Analyze, interpret and translate performance and financial results for the department and management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate with operations to ensure system capabilities and data accuracy.
- Facilitate and collaborate with partners on budgets, forecasts and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of department initiatives.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Work normal departmental hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday–Friday.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Management or another business-related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in the financial industry or a reporting/analytical role is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven customer‑service and risk‑disciplined mindset and problem‑solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a high volume, multi‑task environment.
- Highly motivated self‑starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Management or another business-related field.
