- Provide medical direction and supervision for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)
- Participate in anesthesia management for various procedures
- Support credentialing processes to expedite onboarding
- Assist with call coverage as needed
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams across multiple facilities
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality anesthesia care
- Adapt to multiple facility environments and protocols
- Active medical license in Ohio
- Certification in anesthesia-related specialties
- Experience in anesthesia supervision preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and patient care skills
