Production Assembly

At Caron Scientific, we’re seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to help build crucial laboratory equipment that make a difference. You’ll be performing a variety of assembly operations on product components and sub‑assemblies, ensuring the highest quality within set time frames while contributing to continuous improvement on the production floor.

• Assemble parts and components to produce finished products according to company’s specifications
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required specifications
• Use power and hand tools to perform assembly tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety procedures
• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints and product manuals to understand assembly instructions
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report any major defects or issues to the supervisor
• Monitor and replenish inventory of necessary assembly materials and parts
• Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of company procedures and products

• 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take ownership to drive positive change
• Self‑starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
• Attention to details, especially with documentation
• Physically able to lift and move product weighing 50lbs+
