About the Job
The Washington County Home is seeking 3 qualified applicants for a Part Time LPN Charge Nurse position. The hours will be a mixture of Days (6am - 2pm) and Afternoons (2pm - 10pm).

Duties- Addressing care needs of residents, monitoring residents and communicating with physicians.
- Administering medications.
- Entering orders and processing prescription refills.
- Supervising Resident Assistants and working with staff to obtain proper staffing levels as needed, and ensuring resident safety.
- Starting rate is $27.04/hour.
- Shift Differential, Holiday Pay.
- The first step increase will take place 6 months from the start date.
- 3 positions with a mixture of Days (6am - 2pm) and Afternoons (2pm - 10pm).
- Sick & Vacation.
- All Federal holidays are observed.
- Monthly Schedules.
- Vision, dental, and life insurance.
- PERS (Public Employee Retirement System).
- Deferred Compensation.
- Sick Leave Incentive Bonus.
- Employees receive free meals during each shift worked.
- After 1 year of employment, 6 uniform items are purchased for each employee.
