- Assist surgical teams in patient anesthesia planning and monitoring during procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Adhere to anesthesia protocols and safety standards
- Document all anesthesia procedures and patient responses accurately
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and team meetings
- Assist in emergent anesthesia services when required
Required:
- Current Ohio RN license and valid CRNA certification
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience
- Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures and patient care standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical scenarios
