• Provide anesthesia and pain management services for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia teams and healthcare staff to develop patient-specific anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia equipment during procedures
• Respond promptly to patient needs before, during, and after anesthesia administration
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of anesthesia care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural guidelines
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety

• Valid Ohio CRNA license
• Active Certification in anesthesia (such as NBCRNA)
• Previous anesthesia experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
