  • General Anesthesia (Adult) – Required
  • Pain Management Techniques – Required
  • Ventilation Management – Required
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues – Required
  • Spinal Anesthesia – Preferred
  • Epidural Anesthesia – Preferred
  • Obstetrical Cases – Preferred
  • Surgery Types:
    Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
• Credentialing:
  Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days;
  Temporary privileges not available

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure:
  Must be licensed in Ohio only; IMLC not accepted
