FALL INTO A NEW CAREER AT MARIETTA HEIGHTS POST ACUTE! The leaves are changing, and so can your career! Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT STNA to join our team. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we’d love to have you on our team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities
- Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
- Complete accurate documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect
- Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team
- Follow resident care plans and facility policies
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Rate: $18.00/hour - $20.25/hour
