Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid malpractice insurance What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care for surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to develop anesthesia plans Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies during procedures Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia and patient records Comply with all hospital and regulatory standards Support continuous quality improvement initiatives What You Need Current Ohio RN license and valid CRNA certification Prior experience as a CRNA preferred Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Marietta, Ohio, providing anesthesia services in a dynamic clinical environment.
