O'Reilly Automotive - - - Responsibilities:
Maximize sales by directing team members in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service;
Supervise store team members and work with District Manager on recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging staff;
Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasting;
Provide accurate stock adjustment recaps to Inventory Control Department and handle daily store accounting functions;
Implement planogram changes and merchandising plans as outlined
