VP of Sales

Reports To: VP | General Manager

Hi-Vac is seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to help lead and scale our sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic initiatives to expand market share across key segments.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales and has a proven ability to build relationships, optimize sales processes, and deliver consistent growth.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
• Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
• Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Establish and manage compensation, training, and incentive programs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; expand global customer base
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Report sales performance and forecasts monthly and quarterly

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in industrial sales leadership
• Proven ability to scale sales organizations and drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
• Ability to travel extensively and work in industrial environments
