ShuttleTransportation Driver (Non-CDL)

Marietta, OH
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $13.80 per hour
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and professional Shuttle Transportation Driver to join our team in Marietta, OH. This is a non-CDL position responsible for safely transporting passengers while also supporting site security and customer service operations. Candidates must have a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
Requirements- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to successfully complete a physical examination
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance
- 1–3 years of professional work experience
- Previous experience in transportation, security, customer service, military, or law enforcement
- Experience with incident reporting and safety procedures
- Safely operate company vehicles and transport passengers to designated locations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers
- Conduct walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned
- Identify and report security risks, safety hazards, or unusual activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergency situations
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
- Monitor assigned areas and follow site-specific security procedures
- Contact supervisors or emergency personnel when necessary
- Support customer service, visitor reception, loading dock, or other site functions as assigned
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
