As an Installation Technician, you'll help deploy and support advanced communication and security technologies by:

• Running and terminating low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber)
• Installing cameras, sensors, access control devices, and telecommunications equipment
• Configuring and troubleshooting systems and network-connected devices
• Maintaining safe and organized job sites
• Providing exceptional customer service and end-user support
• Documenting installations and system configurations

We hire and develop talent across multiple levels:

• Tier I - Entry-Level Technician
  No industry experience required. Ideal for candidates with construction, electrical, or IT backgrounds who are eager to learn.
• Tier II - Intermediate Technician
  For professionals with 1-3 years of low-voltage, telecom, or security installation experience.
• Tier III - Advanced Technician / Field Lead
  Lead projects, manage installation teams, and work with complex commercial systems.
• Tier IV - Senior Systems Engineer / Foreman
  Oversee enterprise-level deployments, mentor technicians, and serve as a technical leader within the organization.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments

Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
