As an Installation Technician, you'll help deploy and support advanced communication and security technologies by:

• Running and terminating low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber)
• Installing cameras, sensors, access control devices, and telecommunications equipment
• Configuring and troubleshooting systems and network-connected devices
• Maintaining safe and organized job sites
• Providing exceptional customer service and end-user support
• Documenting installations and system configurations

We hire and develop talent across multiple levels:

• Tier I
  - Entry-Level Technician No industry experience required. Ideal for candidates with construction, electrical, or IT backgrounds who are eager to learn.
• Tier II
  - Intermediate Technician For professionals with 1-3 years of low-voltage, telecom, or security installation experience.
• Tier III
  - Advanced Technician / Field Lead Lead projects, manage installation teams, and work with complex commercial systems.
• Tier IV
  - Senior Systems Engineer / Foreman Oversee enterprise-level deployments, mentor technicians, and serve as a technical leader within the organization.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
