Electrical Technician

Hi-Vac Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have experience working with automotive, truck, or heavy equipment electrical systems and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

• Install wiring harnesses, control panels, lights, switches, displays, and other electrical components on truck-mounted equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Layout and install electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Test circuits and components for continuity, safety, and proper operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Work on truck chassis, dash, body, and equipment electrical systems.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, trade school, or college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical wiring, automotive electrical systems, truck equipment, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
