Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise;
Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service to retail and installer customers;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, recommend premium and related items, and offer the Low-Price Guarantee;
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed;
Complete assigned company training relevant to position;
Perform daily operational tasks including freight receival, stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inventory counts;
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate
