The Motor Company is a locally owned Ford dealership in Marinette, Wisconsin
, committed to taking care of our customers, our employees, and our community. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Parts Counterperson to join our team.

If you have automotive parts experience, enjoy helping people, and take pride in getting the right part to the right person at the right time, we'd like to hear from you.

• Assist retail customers, technicians, and the service department with parts needs
• Identify and source automotive parts using Ford parts catalogs and other parts systems
• Sell and invoice parts to customers and internal departments
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain an accurate and organized parts inventory
• Look up parts by vehicle identification number (VIN), application, and part number
• Communicate with parts suppliers and other dealerships to locate parts when needed
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to keep repairs moving efficiently

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Ford dealership or dealership parts experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license

Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has automotive knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
