Project Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the industrial and commercial sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Special Projects department supporting project management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20.00-$25.00

** Shift:
** 8 hours per day, 7:30AM - 4:30PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist project managers with managing multiple projects within a dynamic environment.

+ Ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

+ Prepare status reports and submit project deliverables.

+ Establish and maintain effective communication plans for projects.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associates degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or HS Diploma with equivalent experience.

+ 3-5 years minimum experience in a project-based environment.

+ Understanding of formal project management methodologies.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
