Hourly Wage

$19 - $32 per hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

In addition to the hourly wage, there are annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
