Mission Integration & Maritime Solutions (MIMS) Program Management Director

The Mission Integration & Maritime Solutions (MIMS) Program Management Director is responsible for the strategy, execution, delivery, and sustainment milestones for the international Multi‑Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) program for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces; the United States Navy Ship Integration & Test program; the United States Navy Littoral Combat Ship; the machinery controls portfolio; and various ship, platform integration and test, and other maritime opportunities.

• Develop and execute program strategy, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
• Oversee program execution, delivery, and sustainment across multiple programs.
• Engage with shipbuilding partners and talent development across geographic locations.
• Build and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within cost.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program, operations, and engineering management across the lifecycle of a program.
• Demonstrated program management experience with ability to deliver results (sales, orders, EBIT, cash) while balancing technical, schedule, and cost performance.
• Past performance in strategy development/implementation, proposal development, program capture, and transition to execution.
• Significant experience with Earned Value Management/PPMP execution.
• Leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Track record in building effective customer relationships and customer intimacy with international customers.
• Willingness to perform frequent domestic and international travel.
• Experience with international direct commercial sales and foreign military sales.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government security clearance; clearance level Secret.

• Familiarity with Aegis Combat Systems.
• Experience working with PEO IWS, PEO SHIPS, and NAVSUP programs.
• Experience in Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs), Software Acquisition Pathway, and Other Transactions (OTs).
• Program start‑up, rapid prototyping, warfighter exercises.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills across organizational boundaries.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation tools and application to program performance and proposals.
• Experience across LM Market Segments and Functional Organizations.
• Agile / Dev Sec Ops  development program experience.
• Integration experience of complex combat systems and equipment into ships, sites, and other platforms.
• Experience in indirect expense planning and negotiating large DoD contracts.

This position requires a government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
