- Experience:
2 years - First-time traveler:

- Patient Types:
- Basic medical/surgical
- Covid & PPE:
- Adequate PPE
- Patient Ratios:
- RN: 1:4-5 (Days) & 1:5-6 (Nights) --- based on acuity
- Tech: 1:7 (Days) & 1:9 (Nights)
- Required
Certifications:- RN: BLS, ACLS, NIH
- Skills required:
- telemetry competent
- Support on the Unit:
- Charge Nurse: patient free charge
- LPN: support to entire unit
- Receptionist: during the day
- Centralized Telemetry monitoring with tele tech
- Hospitalist, 24/7
- RT, 24/7
- Phlebotomy to help with peripheral blood draws
- Charting System/Equipment:
- EPIC
- Alaris
- Pyxis
- Orientation:
- At least one shift to learn flow
