Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Will mostly see adults with some peds with minor sports injuries. No small children
o Outpatient, inpatient, ER, ICU/vented patients, sedation, whole body, etc.
Required Licensure &

Certifications:

o BLS, AART-M

Skills required:

o Mostly general MRI scans. No cardiac or functional MRI. No special procedures
o IV start skills
Support within the Department:
o Transporter     yes, by Imaging Assistant or second MRI Tch
o Lead Tech
o 1-2 with MRI Imaging Assistant
o Phlebotomy
o RT
o Hospitalist
o Supervisor
Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
o Unit specific equipment: GE MRI equipment     experience preferred
Floating:
If yes, where and how often? Travelers float first?
o None
Orientation  (facility and unit) :
o NEO
o 2 shifts in the department
Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation:
Could work 1 weekend in 5 weeks, but might be none.
