6:30 PM - 5:00 AM

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 month within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
