Advocate Health seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation in Wisconsin. You will perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations, establish a care plan, and implement treatment to meet functional goals.
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm with some weekend coverage. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered; base pay range listed as $41.10–$61.65 per hour.
