Why this role matters
Every shift you support safe, efficient production that keeps our customers on schedule. You’ll start in a production or service department, receive hands-on training, and progress into defined job classifications as you master new skills.
Core responsibilities
Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures.
Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality.
Contribute to our 6-S housekeeping and organization culture.
Engage in ISO 14001 environmental training.
Maintain work pace to achieve delivery and production goals.
Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment.
Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects.
Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and premiums
Starting pay: $20.40–$24.00/hour Shift differential: $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
