Foundry Production; Manufacturing

Role

An entry-level general foundry position for new hires. Assignments are in production or service departments and include night shift, weekend work, and mandatory overtime. Positions are heavy industrial and repetitive.

• Complete safety training and comply with departmental safety policies and guidelines.
• Use process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs).
• Participate in the 6‑S Program (housekeeping).
• Complete training for ISO 14001 Environmental Certification.
• Maintain a work pace consistent with on‑time delivery goals.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate hand tools, machines, and equipment.
• Visually inspect products for defects.
