Winsert is seeking qualified candidates to join our Machine Shop & Grinding Departments! Multiple positions are available for CNC Operators, CNC Set-Up, and Machine Grinding. These positions are ideal for candidates who have strong mechanical aptitude and are willing to learn something new. Machining experience is preferred.

Shift: Monday
- Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am
C Shift (Work 36 hours paid for 40!):
Friday
- Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm
D Shift (Work 36 hours paid for 40!):
Friday
- Sunday 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay: $21 - $27 per hour
Shift Differentials: B Shift $1 per hour & D Shift $2 per hour!

Proficiently and safely set up and operate machining equipment using a variety of measuring/inspection equipment to produce parts within production standards.
Essential Job Functions- Operate CNC machine controls and change tool settings to keep product dimensions within specified tolerances.
- Set up and operate grinding equipment, along with applicable feeding system to keep product dimensions within specified tolerances in accordance with the allotted production requirements.
- Inspect product to verify conformance within required specifications, using a variety of measurement and inspection equipment.
- Perform limited total productive maintenance at the specified intervals.
- Perform limited data collection requirements, such as SPC or daily production information.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Understanding of basic mathematics, English and Metric measurement scales.
- Ability to use computer skills to navigate ERP system and perform data collection.
- Must be able to actively move through production space to work with staff.
- Vision must be correctable to allow reading/viewing of documents and computer screen.
- Hearing must be correctable to allow understanding of instructions and communication with others.
- Mobility and coordination must allow for required tasks to be completed.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
