Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Set up deep draw machine by inserting proper tooling such as dies, spacers and rams, using an overhead hoist and attaching electrical switches;
Start up deep draw machine by activating proper buttons on control panel;
Operate trimming machine by inserting proper tooling and adjusting electrical switches to achieve correct shell size;
Operate piercing machine by inserting proper head dies, adjusting index speed and checking hydraulic oil level and pressure;
Maintain daily preventative and predictive maintenance and ensure fixtures and wear items are changed at proper intervals
