Every shift you support safe, efficient production that keeps our customers on schedule. You’ll start in a production or service department, receive hands-on training, and progress into defined job classifications as you master new skills.

• Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures.
• Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute to our 6-S housekeeping and organization culture.
• Engage in ISO 14001 environmental training.
• Maintain work pace to achieve delivery and production goals.
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

• Consistent attendance, dependable habits, and accountability.
• Clear verbal communication; ability to understand and follow directions.
• Entry-level problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently as needed.
• Schedule flexibility—nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime when required.
• Background in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Starting pay: $20.40–$24.00/hour
• Shift differential: $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Weekend pay: 1.5x Saturdays and 2x Sundays
